The Excitement of Jogja Financial Festival 2026: Discussing Economics and Business Strategies

The Jogja Financial Festival 2026 series took place over three days, from 22 to 24 May 2026. The first day was successfully executed, featuring various prominent figures from the financial sector, including Minister of Finance Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa, Chairman of the OJK Board of Commissioners Frederica Widyas_ari Dewi, Chairman of the LPS Board of Commissioners Anggito Abimanyu, Deputy Governor of Bank Indonesia Aida S. Budiman, and the Founder & Chairman of CT Corp, Chairul Tanjung, among other key figures.

The second day of the Jogja Financial Festival opened with a session featuring the Chairman of Commission XI of the Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR RI), Mukhamad Misbakhun. Additionally, the event hosted business talk programmes featuring executives from major state-owned banks, including the President Director of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Hery Gunardi; the President Director of PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk, Nixon LP Napitupulu; the President Director of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Anggoro Eko Cahyo; the Director of Treasury & International Banking at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Abu Santosa Sudradjat; and the Director of Finance & Strategy at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Novita Widya Anggraini.

Furthermore, a one-on-one executive session was held with the COO of Danantara, Dony Oskaria, which explored the role and strategy of Danantara in creating added value for the economy, strengthening governance, and enhancing Indonesia’s competitiveness in the global market. The second session of business talks was presented by the Director General of Financing and Risk Management at the Ministry of Finance, Suminto; the Acting President Director of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, Jeffrey Hendrik; and the President Director of PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero), Reynaldi Hermansjah.
