The Division Resurgence to be released on iOS and Android on March 31

Jakarta (ANTARA) - Ubisoft has announced it will release the game The Division Resurgence on March 31 for iOS and Android platforms, after it was first unveiled in 2021 and has undergone several delays. According to Engadget on Wednesday, the game’s storyline is set in the early pandemic in New York City, so chronologically, the game is positioned as a sequel to Tom Clancy’s The Division and a prequel to Tom Clancy’s The Division 2. In terms of gameplay, Resurgence adopts the action RPG genre with a third-person perspective and supports PvP features. Its gameplay pattern is described as similar to the main series, where players engage in various battles and collect items to upgrade gear and character abilities. Veteran players will receive rewards in the form of gear and cosmetic items when they first play Resurgence. Conversely, players returning to The Division 2 after trying the mobile game will also receive Resurgence-themed gear. Additionally, the Warlords of New York expansion is free for a limited period and receives updates focused on a more realistic battle experience. Ubisoft is also offering large discounts for The Division and The Division 2, up to 90 percent on PC and up to 85 percent on PlayStation and Xbox.
