Ten Years with IM3: Bali Resident Wins a BYD Car from Indosat

PT Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison, through IM3, announced the IMPoin winners for IM3 customers selected in Bali. The top prize is a BYD M6 electric car. The winner is I Ketut Subawa, a Bali resident who has been using IM3 for ten years. Subawa did not expect to win the main prize after years of using the Freedom Internet IM3 package. ‘I hope programmes like this continue so more loyal customers can reap the benefits. Thank you IM3 for the appreciation,’ Subawa said in a written statement received by detikBali on Sunday (8 March 2026). This handover is a tangible commitment by IM3 to run the programme transparently and as a form of appreciation for customer loyalty to IM3. The IMPoin programme ran from 1 September to 31 December 2025. Every transaction undertaken by customers automatically earns IMPoins which can be exchanged and entered into the official draw. EVP-Head of Circle Java Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison, Fahd Yudhanegoro, said transparency and integrity are priorities for Indosat in every programme it runs. ‘Customer trust drives us to continue delivering simple products and services, relevant loyalty programmes, and a fast and secure network across Indonesia,’ Fahd explained. This year, IM3 offered 2,025 spectacular prizes, ranging from the top prize BYD M6 electric car, electric motorcycles, smartphones, smartwatches, to thousands of shopping and hotel vouchers.
