Ten UBSI Lecturers Selected for ParagonCorp's 2026 Inspiring Lecturer Programme

Ten lecturers from Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika (UBSI) have been selected to participate in the Inspiring Lecturer Programme (ILP) 2026 by ParagonCorp. The programme is designed to develop inspirational, innovative educators capable of making a positive impact on the world of education. The selected lecturers are Untung Rohadi, Bintang Junita, Yani Sri Mulyani, Daelchan Abror, Eni Riptiningsih, Lilis Binti Umiati, Lydia Salvina Helling, Fathi Aida Novita, Sigit Wibawa, and Silvia Nanda Putri Erita.

UBSI Rector Mochamad Wahyudi stated that the lecturers’ participation aligns with the university’s commitment to continuously improving the quality of its human resources. He expressed hope that the knowledge, experience, and networks gained during the programme would be implemented in the learning process, benefiting students, the institution, and the wider community.

Wahyudi added that UBSI will continue to support its lecturers in participating in capacity-building programmes, both through industry collaboration and with other institutions. He noted that such synergy is crucial for realising higher education that is adaptive to technological developments and the needs of the professional world. The Inspiring Lecturer Programme provides participants with opportunities to develop leadership competencies, learning innovation, and strengthen their role as academic changemakers. This achievement reinforces UBSI’s commitment as a creative digital campus that prioritises lecturer quality as the foundation for producing competent and adaptive graduates ready to face the challenges of the digital transformation era.
