An initiative for STEM-based learning for students has been launched by MR D.I.Y. The programme, titled ‘Inspiring the Next Generation of Innovators’, aims to promote interactive learning and the development of students’ skills. This initiative is designed to deliver enjoyable, interactive, and practice-based learning experiences, thereby encouraging curiosity, creativity, as well as critical thinking and solution-oriented abilities from an early age. Through the assembly of creative projects to problem-solving-based simulations, students are invited to learn hands-on and understand concepts in a more contextual manner. Edwin Cheah, Managing Director of MR. D.I.Y. Indonesia, stated that the company believes access must be the foundation, whether it is access to everyday necessities or access to relevant learning. ‘Through ’Inspiring the Next Generation of Innovators’, we want to bring STEM learning experiences that are more accessible and enjoyable to more children in various regions of Indonesia. This is part of our commitment to continue growing together with Indonesian families, by opening wider access for future generations to learn, experiment, and develop,’ he said in a written statement on Tuesday (14/4/2026).
