The Regional Secretary of Temanggung Regency, Tri Winarno, has confirmed that the temporary suspension of operations at 22 Nutrition Service Units (SPPG) over the past few days was due to a delay in fund disbursement and that they are set to resume operations from Wednesday (10/6). Tri explained in Temanggung on Tuesday that, based on coordination with the region, the 22 SPPGs had temporarily ceased operations while waiting for the disbursement of operational funds. "Based on coordination with the Temanggung Regency region, it was indeed reported that 22 SPPGs had temporarily stopped operating due to the fund disbursement process. At that time, it was reported that, thank God, by Monday afternoon the funds had been disbursed," he said. Given that the funds were only received on Monday afternoon, he noted it was not possible to immediately commence production. Therefore, while some units remain non-operational today, production and distribution activities are planned to resume fully from tomorrow morning. Based on the latest data, 78 SPPGs currently have an updated status. Meanwhile, out of a total of 112 applications submitted, some are still awaiting verification from relevant parties. The Temanggung Regency Government hopes that all existing obstacles can be resolved immediately so that the nutritious meal programme service for the community can return to normal.
