Teluk Lamong Terminal (TTL) targets container throughput of 3,048,275 TEUs, up 7.8 percent from 2025’s 2,827,256 TEUs.

“TTL is optimistic it can reach the 2026 target through measured strategic actions,” TTL Chief Executive Officer David P. Sirait said in Surabaya, East Java, on Thursday.

In line with the improvement in operational performance, the company’s revenues are projected to grow by a double-digit percentage, driven by higher container-handling productivity, operational efficiency, and strengthened value-added services to customers.

TTL’s strategic focus for 2026 includes increasing productivity and service reliability, optimising operational efficiency while continuing to prioritise safety and service quality.

Also on strengthening transformation and port resilience to ensure long-term performance sustainability.

David said internal consolidation and collaboration with all stakeholders will be pursued, with focus on improving operational services oriented toward safety and customers’ needs.

The success of TTL’s transformation, he said, will be heavily influenced by human resources as the main driving force behind operational and financial achievements as well as in delivering social benefits and other aspects.

“2026 will be an important phase for TTL in realising real and sustainable value creation,” he said.
