On Sept. 7, 2001, I purchased Rp 100,000 worth of Simpati calls for my cellular phone through klikbca.com. After waiting a few days, no credit had been recorded in my cellular phone so I could not use it. I contacted Telkomsel and was handled by Ms Yuni, who asked me to fax proof of purchase. I did so on Sept. 12 but the Rp 100,000 was still to be credited to my cellular phone account. The next day I called the company again and was assured by Ms Dini that the amount would be credited within 24 hours.
It was just an empty promise. On Sept. 14, 2001, I had to contact Telkomsel yet again for clarification. Unfortunately, Ms Yuni could not decide on either the phone pulses or the payment I had made. She, however, promised to call me later in the afternoon. Later that afternoon Paul from Telkomsel gave me confirmation that the money would be returned within 10 days (Sept. 25). But until Oct. 3 I had yet to receive either the money or an explanation from Telkomsel.
I have suffered losses, such as the interruption in the use of my cellular phone, my money and a number of inconveniences in the form of wasted time and money. I call on Telkomsel to solve this matter and return my money.
