Telkomsel Makes it Easier for the Public to Watch Asian Games Without Additional Costs

Telkomsel is providing convenience for Indonesian families to watch various matches of the 2026 Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games, including the efforts of the Indonesian Contingent, through the IndiHome IPTV and MAXStream TV services from 19 September to 4 October 2026. These broadcasts are available on Champions TV 7 (channel 727) and Champions TV 8 (channel 728) for IndiHome customers with an active Internet + TV Package, without any additional fees.

The availability of these broadcasts allows customers to follow key moments of the 2026 Asian Games more comfortably from home. Customers can access Champions TV 7 or Champions TV 8 via the MAXStream TV Set Top Box (STB) already included in the package, meaning no additional sports package purchase is required as long as the customer has an active Internet + TV Package. The VP of Digital Lifestyle at Telkomsel, Kemas M. Fadhli, stated that support for Indonesia feels closer when families can watch every struggle together from home.

“Through MAXStream TV on IndiHome, we want to make it easier for customers to enjoy various matches of the 2026 Asian Games practically, including following the Indonesian Contingent’s efforts, without the need to purchase additional packages. With the IndiHome Internet + TV Package, which combines home internet services with internet-based television or IPTV via STB, customers gain access to up to 204 television channels, including Champions TV 7 and Champions TV 8 during the 2026 Asian Games broadcasting period.
