Telkomsel introduces Halo Optima postpaid packages with large data quotas

Jakarta (ANTARA) - Telkomsel has introduced an update to its Telkomsel Halo postpaid service, known as Halo Optima, featuring large internet quota options alongside increased allocations for calls and SMS.

Adhi Putranto, VP of Mobile Product Marketing at Telkomsel, stated that as customer demand for digital services continues to evolve, postpaid services must provide connectivity alongside benefits that align with customer activities.

“Halo Optima is presented as a postpaid solution that provides added value through a combination of large quotas, selected digital services, and convenience within a single package,” said Adhi during the launch of Halo Optima in Jakarta on Tuesday.

Customers can choose from a variety of packages based on their internet usage and digital service requirements.

Package options range from Halo Optima 100K, which offers 70 GB of internet quota, 200 minutes of calls, and 200 SMS per month, to Halo Optima (Netflix/Spotify) 1000K, which provides 1,300 GB of internet quota, 1,500 minutes of calls, and 1,500 SMS per month.

Customers also receive priority service through GraPARI and the 188 customer service centre.

To meet entertainment needs, Telkomsel provides Halo Optima Netflix and Halo Optima Spotify package options, which include subscription access to several digital services such as Netflix, Spotify, Prime Video, Vidio, and YouTube Premium.

Under the Halo Optima 150K package, customers receive one additional bonus option. Packages ranging from 200K to 600K provide two additional bonus options, while the Halo Optima 1000K package offers up to four.

Adhi noted that through Halo Optima, customers can enjoy greater added value, convenience, and bonuses within a single service ecosystem.
