Telkomsel explains

Referring to the letter Phone firm doesn't pick up the phone by Mr. Adrianus Hiyung Tjung in The Jakarta Post of Aug. 31, 1999, we would like to apologize for any inconvenience in the services provided by Telkomsel.

In this complaint, on Aug. 26, 1999, customer service telephone lines 8282811 and 111 from kartuHALO were full because there were so many calls backed up for Caroline (Customer Care by Online) that agent availability was limited.

For international roaming, kartuHalo can be used for international roaming. For this connection, one should fill in the application form at graPARI Telkomsel, while simPATI only can be used for national roaming.
