In line with the occasion of Eid al-Adha 1447 Hijriyah, Telkomsel has once again distributed sacrificial animals to communities across Indonesia through its CSR Sambungkan Senyuman programme, part of the company’s ongoing commitment to delivering tangible social impact.

The annual initiative targets various needy groups, including dhuafa communities, foundations, hospitals serving vulnerable populations, and residents in areas with specific needs. Aid is delivered in multiple forms, from sacrificial animals to ready-to-eat meals, ensuring benefits reach the intended recipients effectively.

The programme’s execution involves collaboration with humanitarian organisations, local small and medium enterprises (UMKM), and strategic partners, generating not only social impact but also supporting local economic activities. This partnership aims for hundreds of sacrificial animals and tens of thousands of beneficiaries annually to embody collective efforts in creating broader positive change.

“For Telkomsel, Eid al-Adha is not merely a sharing activity but a reflection of our commitment to stay close to the community. Each year, we strive to ensure aid not only reaches recipients but is genuinely beneficial to those in need,” said Telkomsel Network Director Indra Mardiatna in a written statement on Sunday, 31 May 2026.

Telkomsel’s consistent aid delivery strengthens meaningful relationships and embodies the “Melayani Sepenuh Hati” (Serving with Heart) spirit, where the company is present not only through digital services but also through tangible care in daily community life.

This CSR programme also reflects Telkomsel’s collaboration with various stakeholders, where the sacrificial animals distributed come not only from the company but also from employee contributions and strategic partners entrusted to deliver aid to communities.

By prioritising unity and compassion, Telkomsel ensures all social initiatives are more than ceremonial, delivering relevant and sustainable benefits. Involving local UMKMs in procurement and distribution also aligns with the company’s commitment to supporting community economic growth and fostering a more inclusive social ecosystem.

“This collaboration embodies a spirit of togetherness; the more parties involved, the wider the benefits. We believe that every contribution, however small, brings happiness and greater meaning to communities,” Indra concluded.
