Telkomsel Announces Unchanged Board of Commissioners and Directors for 2026
PT. Telekomunikasi Selular (Telkomsel) has announced its latest board of commissioners and directors for 2026, with no changes made in order to maintain strengthened corporate governance and strategic leadership to address industry dynamics. The decision was agreed upon by shareholders PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. (Telkom Indonesia) and Singapore Telecom Mobile Pte. Ltd. (Singtel) during Telkomsel’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS) held on Thursday, 11 June 2026, in Jakarta. “Through this step, Telkomsel is committed to continuing to build a healthy ecosystem, supporting national digital transformation, and providing relevant added value for customers and all stakeholders,” the company stated in a press release received on Friday. The meeting reaffirmed that the board of commissioners consists of eight members, with Diaz F.M Hendropriyono serving as President Commissioner. The board of directors remains composed of President Director Nugroho, Director of Finance & Risk Management Daru Mulyawan, Director of Sales Stanislaus Susatyo, Director of Network Indra Mardiatna, and Director of Planning & Transformation Wong Soon Nam. Additionally, the board includes Director of Information Technology Joyce Shia, Director of Marketing Lionel Chng, and Director of Human Capital Management Indrawan Ditapradana. With this renewed mandate, Telkomsel is committed to accelerating growth and strengthening its industry leadership by reinforcing core connectivity through sustainable investment in 5G networks. The company also intends to expand converged services and digital solutions for both consumer and business segments, as well as optimise the use of the latest technologies, including AI, to deliver a more efficient and personalised customer experience.
