Telkomsel and SiCepat Launch 'Paket Siap Antar' Connectivity Solution for Couriers
Telkomsel, in partnership with SiCepat Ekspres, has introduced ‘Paket Siap Antar’, a connectivity solution specifically designed to support the operational needs of couriers and delivery partners. The package offers internet quota tailored for daily delivery activities, including access to operational applications, navigation, and customer communication.
This strategic move is part of Telkomsel Ventures’ commitment as the innovation arm of Telkomsel to foster synergy between its portfolio startups and business units, delivering relevant solutions for the logistics industry’s operational requirements.
Nyoman Adiyasa, VP of Industrial & Resources Account Management at Telkomsel, stated that couriers play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of packages to customers. He expressed hope that this solution would help improve courier productivity and efficiency, as well as support the quality of logistics services in Indonesia.
Paket Siap Antar is the result of integrating Telkomsel’s connectivity services with SiCepat’s operational ecosystem, designed specifically for couriers and delivery partners. The package is available in several quota options, ranging from 5GB to 46GB, with validity periods of 2 to 30 days. SiCepat partners can access the package via the UMB code 168442# or the MyTelkomsel application. The package also includes dedicated quota for accessing courier applications and WhatsApp, supporting operational activities and communication while on duty.
