Telkomsel and Huawei Win GLOMO Awards for Reliable Network Connectivity
Telkomsel and Huawei have successfully won the 2026 Global Mobile (GLOMO) Awards in the Best Mobile Operator Service for Connected Consumers category through their innovation in Priority Network (Guaranteed Experience in High-Density Connectivity with UE Logo). The achievement was announced at Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2026 Barcelona, the world’s largest cellular technology event.
Priority Network is designed to ensure smooth digital experiences in extremely crowded locations, such as public transport, shopping centres, business districts, stadiums, and concert venues. Popular applications including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Netflix remain stable because customers receive automatic priority routing to maintain consistent connectivity.
Wong Soon Nam, Director of Planning & Transformation at Telkomsel, stated that the GLOMO award is presented to all loyal customers in Indonesia.

During the busiest and most congested moments, we hope customers can continue to enjoy stable, comfortable, and convenient internet experiences with Telkomsel,” Wong Soon Nam said in an official statement on Monday (9 March 2026).
Meanwhile, Jeffrey Wu, President of Huawei’s Core Packet Network Domain, added that the collaboration with Telkomsel demonstrates how innovation can deliver more personalised and reliable network experiences for millions of users.
“This GLOMO award is a tremendous motivation for us to continue bringing intelligent network technology that opens new opportunities for customers and industry,” he explained.
For information, this service is integrated into Telkomsel’s premium packages (such as Halo+ Supreme and others) without requiring complex activation processes. When priority mode is active, the handset displays the UE Logo, a visual indicator that the customer is on the network’s fast lane.
Since its launch in November 2025 on Telkomsel’s leading and most extensive network, this joint solution with Huawei has been adopted by over 2.5 million users.
