Closing the first semester of 2026, PT Telkom successfully recorded consolidated revenue of Rp 75.9 trillion, representing a 3.9 per cent growth compared to the same period the previous year (YoY). In line with this performance, the Company’s EBITDA increased by 3.8 per cent YoY to Rp 37.5 trillion, with an EBITDA margin of 49.4 per cent. Net profit also grew by 1.4 per cent YoY to Rp 10.6 trillion, with a net profit margin of 14.0 per cent. Meanwhile, normalised net profit reached Rp 11.3 trillion, or a 6.2 per cent YoY increase, reflecting the resilience of the company’s operational performance supported by the recovery of the mobile business.

The Company also recorded strong operating cash flow of Rp 34.9 trillion, up 7.0 per cent YoY, supported by the implementation of continuous efficiency programmes and disciplined cost management. Telkom’s President Director, Dian Siswaruna, stated that Telkom’s commitment and dedication to accelerating digital transformation through the TLKM 30 strategy is reflected in the growth achieved in the first semester of this year. She added that these achievements strengthen the company’s optimism to continue accelerating transformation and strengthening Telkom’s role as a leader in Indonesia’s digital ecosystem.

In the B2C Segment (Mobile and Fixed Broadband), Telkomsel recorded revenue of Rp 55.6 trillion, up 3.3 per cent YoY, driven by an 11.0 per cent growth in Digital Business Data revenue. This performance reflects the ongoing recovery of the mobile industry, supported by disciplined commercial strategies including pricing, product portfolio optimisation, and customer value management. Consequently, the Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) for mobile increased to Rp 45,600, a 9.0 per cent YoY growth. Additionally, data payload continued to grow alongside increased digital consumption during the school holiday period and the World Cup.

In the fixed broadband service, Telkomsel continues to strengthen service quality through strategic customer base calibration. As a result, the number of subscribers was recorded at 9.5 million compared to 10.1 million in the first semester of 2025, with a limited impact on revenue during the current quarter. On a quarterly basis, IndiHome ARPU increased by 3.4 per cent to Rp 211,000, while the semi-annual ARPU was recorded at Rp 207,000 amidst ongoing market price competition. Nevertheless, the convergence ratio continued to rise to 65 per cent, as part of Telkom’s strategy to build a higher-quality customer base and increase service monetisation effectiveness.

Strengthening digital infrastructure has driven acceleration in the B2B Segment. Total revenue for the B2B Infrastructure Segment grew by 19.0 per cent YoY to Rp 33.1 trillion in the first half of 2026. In the telecommunications tower and Fibre-to-the-Tower (FTTT) business, Mitratel recorded revenue of Rp 4.7 trillion, up 2.1 per cent YoY. In the data centre business, Telkom continues to strengthen its position as a regional digital infrastructure provider through NeutraDC. Supported by increasing demand for digital infrastructure, the Company is strengthening this business through consolidation initiatives to make NeutraDC the centralised manager for all TelkomGroup data centre assets.

In the B2B ICT Segment, the Company recorded revenue of Rp 7.3 trillion, growing 35.7 per cent QoQ, despite being impacted by ongoing portfolio restructuring and streamlining processes. In the International Business Segment, revenue was recorded at Rp 5.7 trillion during this period. As the business portfolio shifts towards higher-margin connectivity services and digital solutions, the Company remains optimistic that this move will drive EBITDA margin improvements in the coming years. Currently, demand for new international undersea cable capacity continues to rise, driven by global geopolitical dynamics and the needs of major global technology companies supporting AI adoption.
