TelkomProperty Ensures Asset Optimisation Follows Good Governance
PT Graha Sarana Duta (TelkomProperty), as the manager of Telkom’s assets, continues to support TelkomGroup’s transformation steps in performing asset optimisation and leveraging to enhance product vitality, create operational efficiencies, and ensure more optimal contributions from every subsidiary.
The President Director of TelkomProperty, Didit Sulistyo, stated that TelkomProperty is currently leveraging 3,010 assets managed across various locations, with approximately 50% having been successfully optimised.
“In its implementation, TelkomProperty is open to opportunities for asset utilisation by various parties, including potential external partners, through fair and proportional Business to Business (B2B) mechanisms, while still prioritising the principles of good governance and applicable regulations,” he stated in an official statement on Saturday (5/9/2026).
In line with these steps, PT Telkom Landmark Tower (TLT), a subsidiary of TelkomProperty and the manager of the GMP building, continues to drive asset leveraging by opening opportunities for external partners to lease assets owned by TelkomGroup.
The President Director of TLT, Suratman, conveyed that as one of the property asset management entities within the TelkomGroup environment, asset optimisation is part of the asset leveraging steps already integrated into their business processes.
“Naturally, we will always strive to ensure asset productivity to maximally serve the needs of TelkomGroup as well as external partners and other tenants,” explained Suratman.
He added that the plan to utilise and lease space in Graha Merah Putih by the National Nutrition Agency (BGN) is currently still in the process of negotiation and further discussion, being coordinated with relevant parties.
“We are committed to ensuring the certainty and operational continuity of the tenants located in the building. Every process will also be conducted in an orderly and measurable manner,” concluded Suratman.
