TelkomMetra Restructures Portfolio; AdMedika Group Prepares Regional Expansion Under Fullerton Health
Jakarta – PT Multimedia Nusantara (TelkomMetra), a subsidiary within PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom) and part of the TelkomGroup, has formally signed a Conditional Share Purchase Agreement (CSPA) marking a significant strategic step towards the complete divestment of PT Administrasi Medika (AdMedika), including its subsidiary TelkoMedika, collectively referred to as AdMedika Group, to Fullerton Health.
This action aligns with the state-owned enterprise streamlining mandate directed to TelkomGroup, representing one of the key priorities under the TLKM 30 transformation pillar.
As part of TelkomGroup’s transformation strategy implementation, this portfolio restructuring and streamlining effort aims to strengthen focus on core business in the telecommunications and digital sectors, whilst creating opportunities for AdMedika Group to expand more broadly at national and regional levels.
AdMedika Group, a technology-based health administration service management company (third-party administrator/TPA), has established a strong track record in providing claims management solutions and healthcare services to corporate clients and institutions across Indonesia.
Given the increasingly competitive dynamics of the health and insurance industries, the sustainability and accelerated development of AdMedika Group is assessed as being more optimal when supported by a strategic partner and shareholder whose business alignment matches AdMedika Group’s operations.
“The signing of the CSPA with Fullerton Health, representing a step towards the complete divestment of AdMedika Group, is a carefully considered decision based on sound corporate governance principles, comprehensive business considerations, and alignment with TelkomGroup’s transformation efforts to strengthen focus on core business and create long-term value,” said Pramasaleh Haryo Utomo, Chief Executive Officer of TelkomMetra.
The CSPA between TelkomMetra as seller and Fullerton Health as buyer was signed on 4 March 2026.
“This acquisition reflects Fullerton Health’s commitment to strengthen our presence and contribution in Indonesia’s healthcare services landscape. AdMedika has matured into a trusted and highly comprehensive healthcare administration platform within TelkomGroup, built on strong governance, digital innovation, and clinical discipline,” said Ho Kuen Loon, Group Chief Executive Officer of Fullerton Health.
