TelkomGroup wins two awards at LinkedIn Talent Awards 2025
Jakarta (ANTARA) - TelkomGroup again achieved recognition at the LinkedIn Talent Awards 2025 by securing two awards in the areas of employer branding and learning: Best Employer Brand on LinkedIn awarded to PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk and Learning Champion awarded to Telkomsel.
In a press release received in Jakarta on Wednesday, Telkom said the Best Employer Brand on LinkedIn award was won for the second consecutive time, while Telkomsel won the Learning Champion category at the ceremony held at The St. Regis Jakarta on Thursday (7/5).
Willy Saelan, Director of Human Capital Management at Telkom Indonesia, said the awards reflect the company’s efforts to build a work experience that is relevant and authentic for digital talent.
“For Telkom, employer branding is not merely about building the company’s visibility, but how we create an environment in which talent can continually learn, grow, and contribute. We want the TelkomGroup working culture to be felt concretely through experiences, collaboration, and authentic stories from employees,” said Willy.
“We are also proud of Telkomsel’s achievement as Learning Champion. This award shows that the commitment to building a culture of learning and talent development continues to grow strongly across the TelkomGroup ecosystem,” Willy said.
Telkom said the Best Employer Brand award was won after competing with a number of finalists from across industries, including GoTo, Permata Bank, SMBC Indonesia, Nojorono Kudus, and Kalbe.
TelkomGroup also said it continues to deliver a range of learning initiatives and competency acceleration through a number of talent development programmes, including the Digistar Program, the integration of a digital learning platform, and a talent-acceleration programme to support the organisation’s readiness to face digital transformation.
The achievement is described as motivation for TelkomGroup to continue delivering a working environment that encourages innovation, collaboration, and sustainable talent growth.
