TelkomGroup Shines at the LinkedIn Talent Awards 2025
TelkomGroup has secured two awards in the fields of employer branding and learning at the LinkedIn Talent Awards 2025. PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom) won the Best Employer Brand on LinkedIn for the second consecutive year, while Telkomsel won in the Learning Champion category in a ceremony held at The St. Regis Jakarta, Thursday, 7 May 2026.
This achievement further strengthens TelkomGroup’s position as a digital telco company not only focused on business and technology development but also consistently building a talent ecosystem that is adaptive, collaborative, and oriented toward sustainable learning.
The awards also recognise Telkom’s consistency in building a reputation as a company of choice for Indonesia’s digital talent through an authentic employer branding approach that is relevant to the needs of today’s talent generation.
“For Telkom, employer branding is not merely about increasing the company’s visibility, but how we present an environment where talents can continue to learn, grow, and contribute,” said Willy Saelan, Telkom Indonesia’s Director of Human Capital Management.
He added that the award reflects Telkom’s efforts to build a work experience that is relevant and authentic for digital talent. “We want the TelkomGroup working culture to be felt in practice through experience, collaboration, and authentic stories from employees.”
He also commended Telkomsel as Learning Champion in the same event. “We are also proud of Telkomsel’s achievement as Learning Champion. This award shows that the commitment to building a culture of learning and talent development continues to grow strong across the TelkomGroup ecosystem,” he said.
The awards stand as recognition of TelkomGroup’s commitment to delivering a work experience that is relevant to Indonesia’s digital talent amid a dynamically evolving industry. As part of its talent development strategy, TelkomGroup actively delivers various learning initiatives and competency acceleration programmes relevant to the future industry needs.
One example is through the Digistar Programme designed to prepare Indonesia’s digital talent through a learning ecosystem, competency development, and collaborative experiences with the industrial world. In addition, TelkomGroup continues to strengthen its culture of sustainable learning through the integration of digital learning platforms, development of business needs-based capabilities, and various talent acceleration programmes that support the organisation’s readiness for digital transformation.
This achievement motivates TelkomGroup to continue delivering a work environment that can drive innovation, collaboration, and sustainable talent growth. This is part of efforts to create added value for the company and Indonesia.
