TelkomGroup and Ministry of Communication Strengthen National Network Infrastructure for Eid al-Fitr
PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom) and all TelkomGroup operating companies are supporting network quality security through the implementation of a Joint Roll Call at the Quality Service Assurance Operations Post for Optimal 2026 Telecommunications. The activity, organised by the Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia (Komdigi) in Jakarta on Friday, 13 March 2026, was led by Komdigi Secretary General Dr. Ir. Ismail, M.T. This step was taken amid increasing digital activity among the public ahead of Eid al-Fitr 1447 H.
Attending the event were Telkom President Director Dian Siswarini, Telkomsel President Director Nugroho, TelkomGroup operating company directors, and representatives of technical personnel from Telkomsel, InfraNexia, and TelkomAkses.
Komdigi Secretary General Dr. Ir. Ismail, M.T. emphasised the importance of collaboration between the government, mobile operators, and all stakeholders to ensure the public can enjoy safe, stable, and quality communication services during the Ramadan to Eid al-Fitr period.
Separately, Telkom President Director Dian Siswarini stated that the entire TelkomGroup ecosystem is committed to collaborating and providing connectivity that supports various digital activities of the public during Ramadan to Eid al-Fitr. “So that the tradition of exchanging visits and greetings can remain smooth across all regions of Indonesia,” said Dian.
TelkomGroup SIAGA RAFI 2026 Operations Posts
To ensure infrastructure and operational readiness of the network during the Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr period, TelkomGroup also held a Kick-Off for the TelkomGroup SIAGA RAFI 2026 Operations Post at the Telkom Integrated Operations Centre (TIOC) Command Centre in Jakarta, which was also attended online by all post locations across Indonesia.
Under the theme “Present Without Ceasing, Serve with All Our Heart”, the TelkomGroup SIAGA RAFI Operations Post operates fully 24 hours during the period of 13-30 March 2026. There are 22 operations posts, comprising 9 main posts and 13 operating company posts, supported by more than 480 post personnel and over 13,200 field personnel who are on standby to ensure service stability across all regions of Indonesia.
