Jakarta – As digital activity among the public increases ahead of Eid 1447H, PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom) and all TelkomGroup operating companies are supporting a network quality assurance agenda marked by the implementation of a joint alert command centre for Optimal Telecommunications Service Quality in 2026.

The initiative, held by the Ministry of Communication and Digital RI (Komdigi) in Jakarta on Friday, 13 March 2026, was led by Komdigi Secretary-General Dr. Ir. Ismail, M.T. In attendance were Telkom Chief Executive Officer Dian Siswarini, Telkomsel Chief Executive Officer Nugroho, directors of TelkomGroup operating companies, and representatives of technical personnel from Telkomsel, InfraNexia, and TelkomAkses.

The presence of this management team demonstrates TelkomGroup’s commitment to collaborate with the government, industry stakeholders, and all relevant parties in maintaining telecommunications service quality for the public.

In his remarks, Komdigi Secretary-General Dr. Ir. Ismail, M.T. emphasised the importance of collaboration between government, mobile operators, and all stakeholders to ensure the public can enjoy safe, stable, and high-quality communication services during the Ramadan and Eid periods.

Telkom Chief Executive Officer Dian Siswarini stated: “The entire TelkomGroup ecosystem is committed to collaborating and providing connectivity that supports the public’s various digital activities during Ramadan through Eid, so that family gatherings can remain uninterrupted throughout all regions of Indonesia.”

To ensure infrastructure and network operational readiness during the Ramadan and Eid period, TelkomGroup also launched the TelkomGroup Alert Command Centre for 2026 (SIAGA RAFI 2026) at the Telkom Integrated Operation Centre (TIOC) Command Centre in Jakarta, with participation from all command centres across Indonesia via video link.

Under the theme “Always Present, Serve Wholeheartedly,” the TelkomGroup SIAGA RAFI alert command centre will operate 24 hours a day during the period of 13–30 March 2026. A total of 22 command centres, comprising 9 main posts and 13 operating company posts, are supported by more than 480 command centre staff and over 13,200 field personnel deployed to ensure service stability throughout Indonesia.

To strengthen operational coordination, TelkomGroup has also established a special task force involving various entities within the TelkomGroup ecosystem. In its implementation, the coordination of network infrastructure readiness and service operations is orchestrated by PT Telkom Infrastruktur Indonesia (InfraNexia), the operating company responsible for managing TelkomGroup’s connectivity infrastructure.
