PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom) has again demonstrated its digital capabilities through its participation in the Digital Transformation Indonesia Conference & Expo (DTI-CX) 2026 held in Jakarta recently. Featuring three thematic zones—Digital Transformation Zone, AI Zone, and Cyber Security Zone—Telkom presented various digital capabilities and solutions to address the evolving needs of industrial transformation.

The zoning represents Telkom’s capability to provide comprehensive digital solutions. Among the three zones, the AI Zone drew particular attention through the introduction of AIcosystem, the TelkomGroup artificial intelligence ecosystem that integrates various AI-based capabilities and solutions.

One part of AIcosystem is the AI Solutions & Applications layer, which presents the Telkom AI Center of Excellence (AI CoE) initiative through the AI Hub pillar. This pillar serves as a centre for providing tested and developed artificial intelligence solutions to meet the needs of various industrial sectors.

A number of solutions on display included Omni Communication Assistant (OCA), PrivateGPT, DIP (Decision Intelligence Platform), and AI CCTV Analytics. Among these, OCA was one of the products highlighted by Telkom.

The platform leverages artificial intelligence capabilities to support companies in managing customer interactions in a more integrated, efficient, and responsive manner. During his visit, Telkom’s IT Digital Director Faizal Rochmad Djoemadi emphasised that DTI-CX was a strategic moment to showcase the company’s future technology readiness.

“The adoption of artificial intelligence is no longer merely a technological trend, but a critical foundation for every industry to boost operational efficiency, accelerate business growth, and design digital experiences that are more responsive and customer-centric. OCA addresses these needs through various capabilities designed to support comprehensive customer interaction management,” Faizal said in an official statement on Wednesday (12/8/2026).

One of these is OCA Interaction, which integrates various customer communication channels into a single unified dashboard equipped with a ticketing system. This capability allows companies to manage interactions and customer issue resolution processes in a more structured manner with support from AI-based features such as AI Reply, AI Translate, AI Enhance, and AI Summary.

Beyond interaction management, OCA offers the OCA Automated Interaction capability, which combines Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies. This capability enables virtual assistants to run processes independently and take actions according to each company’s operational flow and needs.

To support broad information dissemination, OCA is also equipped with the OCA Blast feature, which allows companies to send mass messages to millions of customers instantly with personalised content formats. All these capabilities can be integrated into customers’ operational systems through OCA API, enabling companies to tailor the use of the solution to their business needs.

Through its participation in DTI-CX 2026, Telkom continues to strengthen its role in delivering digital capabilities that can support companies across various sectors in improving productivity, operational efficiency, and the quality of customer experience. This effort is in line with Telkom’s transformation to build an adaptive digital ecosystem capable of meeting industry needs and future technological developments.
