PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (TLKM) will distribute a cash dividend from its 2025 net profit equivalent to 123% of net earnings, amounting to Rp21.9 trillion. Approximately Rp4.2 trillion of this dividend will be sourced from the Company’s retained earnings from the previous year.

The decision was approved by TLKM shareholders during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) held today, with the cash dividend set at an amount equivalent to Rp221 per share. Telkom’s net profit for the 2025 fiscal year stood at Rp17.81 trillion.

The dividend payment will be made no later than 10 July 2026. Shareholders recorded in the Company’s Register of Shareholders at the close of trading on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on 19 June 2026 are entitled to receive the dividend.

President Director of Telkom, Dian Siswarini, stated that the dividend payment consideration involves various aspects, primarily balancing shareholder returns with long-term investment requirements. “Despite facing industry pressures and uncertainty throughout 2025, the Company has successfully proven that business fundamentals remain intact and cash flow is strengthening. Therefore, the shareholders’ decision to approve the dividend today reflects confidence in the transformation and growth direction we are building,” Dian concluded.

Throughout 2025, Telkom recorded revenue of Rp146.74 trillion, an EBITDA of Rp72.24 trillion, and a net income of Rp17.81 trillion. As part of a total governance reset agenda, the Company implemented accelerated depreciation, which impacted net income contraction. However, this impact is non-cash, meaning business fundamentals and cash flow remain operationally strong.
