PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (TLKM) has officially divested its entire stake in PT Administrasi Medika (AdMedika) through its subsidiary, PT Multimedia Nusantara (TelkomMetra). This strategic move is intended to allow Telkom to focus more intensely on the development of its core business operations.

According to information disclosures from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), through this corporate action, TelkomMetra, alongside PT Metra Digital Investama (MDI), has transferred its full shareholding in AdMedika to Global Assistance & Healthcare Singapore Pte. Ltd. (Fullerton) as the selected purchaser.

Management explained that Telkom aims to strengthen its business fundamentals through portfolio restructuring and a transformation into four key pillars: digital infrastructure, integrated B2C services, B2B ICT services, and international operations. “To strengthen business fundamentals and portfolio arrangement, TELKOM is also performing streamlining of non-core portfolios currently held by TELKOM, so that TELKOM can be more focused, agile, and competitive on the global stage,” management stated on Wednesday (3/6/2026).

The corporate action, executed on 2 June 2026, aims not only to simplify the company’s portfolio structure but also to unlock value from the divested assets. This step aligns with the efforts to restructure and streamline State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) subsidiaries encouraged by PT Danantara Asset Management (Persero).

“In addition to simplifying the portfolio, we also aim to unlock value and follow the aspirations of PT Danantara Asset Management (Persero) (DAM) regarding the streamlining of subsidiaries within the SOE environment,” the company noted.

The transaction involves a full divestment (100%) of 452,330 shares held by TelkomMetra and MDI in AdMedika via a share sale scheme to Global Assistance & Healthcare Singapore Pte Ltd. (FULLERTON).

Telkom stated that the proceeds from this divestment are expected to support the Telkom Group’s transformation towards a Strategic Holding model, while optimising value creation from the company’s non-core assets. The company emphasised that the sale of AdMedika shares will not have any material impact on Telkom’s operational activities, legal aspects, financial condition, or business continuity.
