PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. (TLKM) is holding its 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) this afternoon, Monday (8/6/2026). According to information disclosures from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), the AGM is being conducted virtually at 14:00 WIB via the KSEI Electronic General Meeting System.

The agenda for the AGM includes the approval of the annual report and the ratification of consolidated financial statements, the determination of net profit allocation for the 2025 fiscal year, and seeking approval for a share buyback. Additionally, the meeting covers the delegation of authority for approving the Company’s Long-Term Corporate Plan (RJPP) for 2026-2030 and the Corporate Work Plan and Budget (RKAP) for 2027, as well as changes to Telkom’s management.

Regarding the use of profits for dividends, Telkom’s President Director, Dian Siswarini, previously stated that both the ratio and the nominal amount of cash dividends for the 2025 fiscal year would be at least equal to or even exceed the previous year’s amount. However, she noted that this is subject to approval from the controlling shareholders, with the dividend policy being presented for approval during the AGM held on 8 June.

In relation to the buyback, TLKM plans to execute a share repurchase of up to Rp4 trillion. According to the disclosure, Telkom stated that this corporate action aims to strengthen investor confidence in the company’s stock prospects. The share buyback may be conducted through the Stock Exchange or outside the Exchange, either gradually or all at once, and must be completed no later than 12 months after the date of the AGM that approves the action. The implementation of the buyback, up to a maximum of Rp4 trillion, will utilise the Company’s internal cash, including transaction costs, commissions, broker fees, and other related expenses.
