Telkom (TLKM) Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting Cancelled, New Schedule Not Disclosed

Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (TLKM) has announced to shareholders regarding the cancellation of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGM) for the year 2026. However, no explanation was provided for the cancellation of that agenda. Quoting the disclosure of information from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), the agenda previously planned for 24 April 2026 has been cancelled. “Hereby, we notify the Company’s shareholders that the Meeting originally scheduled for Friday, 24 April 2026, has been cancelled,” wrote the BEI management on Wednesday (15/4/2026). In connection with this cancellation, the Meeting Announcement previously submitted through the e-RUPS provider website (https://easy.ksei.co.id), the electronic reporting website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the Financial Services Authority, and the Company’s website, which was submitted on 18 March 2026, is declared invalid. “The Company will announce the Meeting schedule again at the next opportunity,” the management concluded.
