Telkom (TLKM) Distributes Rp22 Trillion in Dividends Today

PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. (TLKM) commenced the payment of cash dividends for the 2025 financial year to its shareholders today, Friday (10/7/2026). The company has allocated a total dividend of Rp21.99 trillion, representing one of the largest dividend distributions in the Indonesian capital market this year.

The dividend payment follows the decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST), which approved the use of the 2025 financial year net profit of Rp17.81 trillion along with an addition from retained earnings, bringing the total cash dividend to Rp21,999,902,180,685. Consequently, Telkom’s dividend payout ratio (DPR) reached 123.5%.

The number of shares forming the basis for the dividend distribution is approximately 98,699,529,000 shares, after accounting for treasury stock. Thus, TLKM’s dividend for the 2025 financial year amounts to approximately Rp222.9 per share.

According to the schedule set by the company, shareholders recorded in the Register of Shareholders (recording date) on 19 June 2026 are entitled to receive the dividend. Meanwhile, the dividend payment is made no later than 10 July 2026 through PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) to the Customer Fund Account (RDN) at securities companies and custodian banks.

In addition to approving the dividend distribution, the RUPST also granted approval to management to conduct a share buyback with a maximum value of Rp4 trillion, including implementation costs, in accordance with applicable regulations.
