Telkom Subsidiary TelkomMetra Appoints Former Bakom and KPK Officials as Commissioners

Jakarta - A subsidiary of PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk (TLKM), PT Multimedia Nusantara (TelkomMetra), has overhauled its supervisory and management board during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) for the 2025 financial year.

As announced in the RUPST results on Tuesday, 23 June 2026, TelkomMetra inaugurated Sofian Saleh as President Commissioner and Independent Commissioner. The company also appointed Arya Anugrah Pratama Kuntadi as Independent Commissioner.

Furthermore, the company appointed Aderia as Commissioner. The IT investment firm also appointed Lakso Anindito as Commissioner.

Looking at the backgrounds of these individuals, Aderia previously served as Deputy for Partnership and Media Relations at the Presidential Communication Office (Bakom). Meanwhile, Lakso Anindito’s name previously made headlines after he was included in a list of Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) employees dismissed for failing the national insight test (TWK).

On the board of directors, TelkomMetra appointed Jati Widagdo as President Director, while Andrew Mawikere was appointed as Director of Finance and Risk Management.

The newly appointed President Director of TelkomMetra, Jati Widagdo, expressed his commitment to continuing the company’s transformation journey by strengthening collaboration and innovation among all TelkomMetra personnel.

In addition to the changes in directors and commissioners, the RUPST also discussed the annual report and financial statements, performance evaluation, determination of profit utilisation, and changes to the company’s management structure.
