PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom), through Telkom Solution, is committed to accelerating the digital transformation of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) by providing end-to-end digital solutions. Through Telkom Solution, Telkom offers a digital solution ecosystem designed to meet the transformation needs of SOEs, ranging from digital connectivity and cloud services to cybersecurity and AI-based innovation.

These solutions have been implemented across various industrial sectors, supporting increased efficiency, productivity, and service quality. “As a national digital company with integrated capabilities and ecosystems, Telkom supports the digital transformation of SOEs through Telkom Solution,” said Veranita Yosephine, Director of Enterprise & Business Service at Telkom, during the SOE Digital Transformation event organised by Danantara Indonesia in Jakarta on Monday, 5 May 2026.

Veranita noted that Telkom Solution provides business-specific solutions, including the use of automation and AI to enhance productivity and operational performance. “Telkom is ready to strengthen synergy between SOEs through relevant and sustainable digital solutions,” she stated before 50 Chief Technology Officers (CTIs) from various SOE sectors attending the strategic forum aimed at strengthening collaboration and accelerating national digital transformation.

According to Veranita, SOE operations in the digital era require not only real-time connected systems but also reliable data protection and cybersecurity. Consequently, Telkom Solution provides AI-based and cybersecurity solutions supported by global partners, offering comprehensive protection, proactive detection, and 24/7 security response.

Telkom’s Director of IT Digital, Faizal Rochmad Djoemadi, stated that Telkom possesses three main foundations for supporting national digital transformation: story, capability, and sovereignty. He emphasised that collaboration between SOEs is a vital momentum for building shared digital capabilities capable of creating added value and sustainable economic impact for Indonesia.

“We have experience in building and managing national-scale digital transformations with end-to-end capabilities ranging from AI, IoT, and cloud to cybersecurity. Moving forward, Indonesia’s development must be supported by national digital sovereignty, where data, platforms, and strategic innovations can be managed independently, securely, and sustainably within the country,” said Faizal.

Seno Soemadji, Telkom’s Director of Strategic Business Development & Portfolio, highlighted the importance of building an integrated digital ecosystem as the primary foundation for SOE digital transformation. According to Seno, the integration of cloud technology, AI, and connectivity is a strategic factor in creating long-term value while strengthening national digital sovereignty. He also noted the high dependency on global digital platforms amidst increasing needs for AI-based data processing, regulatory dynamics, and increasingly complex global geopolitical challenges.

“Telkom is taking a role as the national digital backbone by strengthening sovereign cloud, sovereign AI, and sovereign cybersecurity capabilities. This step aims not only to maintain the security and control of strategic national data but also to open opportunities for data monetisation, increase productivity, and create new growth sources for SOEs,” said Senova. With its digital and ICT capabilities, Telkom is optimistic that the digital transformation of SOEs can proceed more integrally, covering data management, applications, infrastructure, and corporate business processes. This approach is believed to enhance the efficiency and competitiveness of SOEs while strengthening Indonesia’s position in establishing national digital sovereignty.
