Telkom Solution Drives Digital Transformation for State-Owned Enterprises
PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, through Telkom Solution, has reaffirmed its commitment to supporting the accelerated digital transformation of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) by providing integrated digital solutions based on cloud computing, artificial intelligence (AI), and cybersecurity.
This commitment was presented during the BUMN Digital Transformation event organised by Danantara Indonesia at Wisma Danantara, Jakarta, on Monday (5/5). The event was attended by 50 Chief Technology Officers (CTOs) from various BUMN sectors, serving as a strategic forum to strengthen collaboration and accelerate national digital transformation.
The primary focus of the event was to encourage the integration of organisational systems, applications, and data platforms to improve operational effectiveness and the competitiveness of BUMN in the digital economy era. Through Telkom Solution, Telkom offers a digital solution ecosystem designed to meet the end-to-end digital transformation needs of BUMN, ranging from digital connectivity and cloud services to cybersecurity and AI-based innovation. These solutions have been implemented across various industrial sectors, supporting increased efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
Veranita Yosephine, Director of Enterprise & Business Service at Telkom, stated that Telkom is prepared to strengthen synergy between BUMN through relevant and sustainable digital solutions. “As a national digital company with integrated capabilities and an ecosystem, Telkom supports the digital transformation of BUMN through Telkom Solution, which provides solutions tailored to business needs, including the use of automation and AI to enhance productivity and operational performance,” said Veranita.

Meanwhile, Telkom’s Director of IT Digital, Faizal Rochmad Djoemadi, explained that Telkom possesses three main foundations in supporting national digital transformation: story, capability, and sovereignty.
According to him, collaboration between BUMN is a vital momentum for building shared digital capabilities that can create added value and sustainable economic impact for Indonesia. “We have experience in building and managing national-scale digital transformations with end-to-end capabilities ranging from AI, IoT, and cloud to cybersecurity. Moving forward, Indonesia’s development must be supported by national digital sovereignty, where data, platforms, and strategic innovations can be managed independently, securely, and sustainably within the country,” explained Faizal.
