PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom) recently held its Culture Agent/Culture Booster Meet & Greet (CAMG) as the culmination of the TelkomGroup Culture Festival 2026. The event was attended by senior leaders, who serve as role models, as well as Culture Agents and Culture Boosters from across the TelkomGroup.

Under the theme ‘Unshaken: Keeping Culture Relatable When Everything Shifts’, the event encouraged participants to make corporate culture a guiding principle amidst business transformation. CAMG served as a forum for Culture Agents and Culture Boosters from various work units to learn, share experiences, and strengthen collaboration in implementing the company’s culture in their respective work environments.

The event began with a panel discussion featuring representatives of culture activists from Witel, Regional, and Operating Company (OpCo) levels, who shared their experiences in implementing the culture within their units. This year’s CAMG also featured a Mindfulness Practitioner from Santosa Indonesia, Adjie Santosoputro, and the Founder & CEO of Choky Sitohang Speaking Incorporation (ChoSSI), Choky Sitohang. They shared insights and practices on building personal resilience, the importance of mutual respect, and maintaining relevant corporate values.

In his presentation, Adjie Santosoputro invited participants to understand that change is an inseparable part of life and the workplace. He emphasised that while individuals cannot always control the changes that occur, they can choose how to respond to them in order to perform their roles and face challenges more effectively. Choky Sitohang reinforced this message, stating that the habit of mutual respect can strengthen relationships between individuals while creating better cooperation amidst the various changes faced by the organisation. ‘Change will be easier to navigate when we support each other, respect each other, and grow together as one team,’ Choky said.

During the event, Telkom also presented awards for the Best Culture Agent/Culture Booster to individuals who have consistently implemented the company’s culture within their respective work units throughout 2025. This recognition is part of the Culture Award: Best Corporate Culture Implementation, which was previously announced during the commemoration of Telkom’s 61st anniversary. The winners of the Best Corporate Culture Implementation category included Witel Suramadu, Telkom Regional 2, Enterprise Business Strategy, Wholesale Service Division, and PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia International (Telin).

In his closing remarks, Telkom’s Director of Human Capital Management, Willy Saelan, stressed that the success of the company’s transformation is not solely determined by strategy, but also by a culture consistently practised by all TelkomGroup personnel. ‘No matter how great the strategy, it will crumble if the organisational culture does not support it. Culture eats strategy for breakfast, because strategy will only remain a plan on paper if it is not embodied through daily behaviour,’ Willy stated.
