The company also recorded strong operating cash flow of Rp34.9 trillion, up 7.0 per cent YoY, supported by the implementation of continuous efficiency programmes and disciplined cost management.

President Director of Telkom, Dian Siswarini, stated that Telkom’s commitment and dedication to accelerating digital transformation through the TLKM 30 strategy is reflected in the growth achieved in the first half of this year. “This achievement further strengthens our optimism to continue accelerating transformation while strengthening Telkom’s role as the leader of Indonesia’s digital ecosystem,” she said.

Profitability in the B2C Segment Strengthens, Net Profit Increases 8.3 per cent YoY

In the B2C segment, including Mobile and Fixed Broadband, Telkomsel recorded revenue of Rp55.6 trillion, up 3.3 per cent YoY, driven by an 11.0 per cent growth in Digital Business Data revenue during the first half of 2026. This performance reflects the ongoing recovery of the mobile industry, supported by the disciplined implementation of commercial strategies through pricing, product portfolio optimisation, and customer value management. Consequently, the mobile Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) increased to Rp45,600, a 9.0 per cent YoY growth.

Additionally, data payload continued to grow alongside increased digital consumption during the school holiday period and the World Cup, further driving high customer demand for quality data services. In fixed broadband services, Telkomsel continues to strengthen service quality through strategic customer base calibration. As a result, the number of subscribers was recorded at 9.5 million compared to 10.1 million in the first half of 2025, with a limited impact on revenue in the current quarter. On a quarterly basis, IndiHome ARPU increased by 3.4 per cent to Rp211,000. On a semi-annual basis, IndiHome ARPU was recorded at Rp207,000 amidst ongoing price competition in the market. Nevertheless, the convergence ratio continued to increase to 65 per cent. This step is part of Telkom’s strategy to build a higher-quality customer base, increase service monetisation effectiveness, and strengthen sustainable growth.

With a stronger B2C business foundation, Telkomsel will continue to accelerate its quality growth strategy by prioritising customer experience while expanding digital capabilities through ecosystem development. These efforts will be strengthened through the utilisation of AI and 5G technologies, as well as the development of digital solutions tailored to the evolving needs of both individual customers and businesses. Various initiatives are expected to further strengthen Telkomsel’s market leadership and create long-term value.

Strengthening Digital Infrastructure Drives Growth Acceleration in B2B Segment

Total revenue for the B2B Infrastructure segment grew by 19.0 per cent YoY to Rp33.1 trillion in the first half of 2026, with external revenue increasing 4.9 per cent YoY to Rp4.7 trillion. This growth was primarily driven by increased revenue from Data, Internet, and IT Services. In the telecommunications tower and Fibre-to-the-Tower (FTTT) business, Mitratel recorded revenue of Rp4.7 trillion, up 2.1 per cent YoY, with the Tower-Related Business remaining the main revenue driver. Furthermore, the total number of tenants increased to 63,866, up 4.9 per cent YoY, driving the tower tenancy ratio to 1.57x.

In the data centre business, Telkom continues to strengthen its position as a regional digital infrastructure provider through NeutraDC. Supported by increasing demand for digital infrastructure, the company continues to strengthen this business through consolidation initiatives that will position NeutraDC as the centralised manager for all TelkomGroup data centre assets. This step is expected to expand services, optimise asset monetisation, and drive growth through collaboration with strategic partners. Meanwhile, in the B2B ICT segment, the company recorded revenue of Rp7.3 trillion, growing 35.7 per cent QoQ, although it was still impacted by ongoing portfolio restructuring and streamlining processes.

In the International Business segment, revenue was recorded at Rp5.7 trillion during this period. As the business portfolio shifts towards higher-margin connectivity services and digital solutions and reliance on traditional voice hubbing decreases, the company is optimistic that these steps will drive EBITDA margin improvements in the coming years. Currently, demand for new international submarine cable capacity continues to rise, driven by global geopolitical dynamics and the needs of various global technology companies to support AI adoption.
