JAKARTA (JP): PT Telkom shares which were offered domestically
last week have been fully subscribed, the company said.

Telkom announced on Tuesday that 21 government-related
institutions bought 373.3 million out of the 1.17 billion shares
(which will account for 12.5 percent of the company's enlarged
capital) offered domestically.

Those institutions are the pension funds of state companies,
including Bank Indonesia, Bank BNI, Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Bank
Bumi Daya, Bank Dagang Negara, Bank Exim, Bapindo, Pertamina, PT
Telkom, PT PLN, PT Pos Indonesia, PT Tambang Timah, PT Krakatau
Steel, PT Perkebunan, PT Jiwasraya, PT Asei, PT Astek, PT Akses,
PT Asabri and PT Taspen.

Telkom shares will be listed on the Jakarta and Surabaya Stock
Exchanges besides the New York Stock Exchange on Nov. 14. (10)
