Telkom Financial Report H1 2026: Revenue, EBITDA, and Normalised Net Profit Show Strong Growth
Closing the first semester of 2026, the Company successfully recorded consolidated revenue of Rp75.9 trillion, a 3.9% increase compared to the same period the previous year (YoY). In line with this performance, the Company’s EBITDA increased 3.8% YoY to Rp37.5 trillion, with an EBITDA margin of 49.4%. Net profit also grew 1.4% YoY to Rp10.6 trillion, with a net profit margin of 14.0%.
Meanwhile, normalised net profit reached Rp11.3 trillion, representing a 6.2% YoY growth with a margin of 14.9%, reflecting the resilience of the Company’s operational performance supported by the recovery of the mobile business. The Company also recorded strong operating cash flow of Rp34.9 trillion, up 7.0% YoY, supported by the implementation of continuous efficiency programmes and disciplined cost management.

B2C Segment Profitability Strengthens, Net Profit Increases 8.3% YoY
In the B2C Segment (Mobile and Fixed Broadband), Telkomsel recorded revenue of Rp55.6 trillion, up 3.3% YoY, driven by an 11.0% growth in Digital Business Data revenue during the first half of 2026. This performance reflects the ongoing recovery of the mobile industry, supported by the disciplined implementation of commercial strategies through pricing, product portfolio optimisation, and customer value management.
In line with this, the Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) for mobile increased to Rp45,600, a 9.0% YoY growth. Additionally, data payload continued to grow alongside increased digital consumption during the school holiday period and the World Cup, further driving high customer demand for quality data services.
For fixed broadband services, Telkomsel continues to strengthen service quality through strategic calibration of its customer base. As a result of these efforts, the number of subscribers was recorded at 9.5 million compared to 10.1 million in the first half of 2025, with a limited impact on revenue during the current quarter.
On a quarterly basis, IndiHome ARPU increased by 3.4% to Rp211,000. On a semi-annual basis, IndiHome ARPU was recorded at Rp207,000 amidst ongoing price competition in the market. Nevertheless, the convergence ratio continues to rise to 65%. This step is part of Telkom’s strategy to build a higher-quality customer base, increase service monetisation effectiveness, and strengthen sustainable growth.
