Amid the acceleration of digital transformation and the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI), organisations are required to have human resource development strategies capable of keeping pace with rapidly changing business needs. Addressing this challenge, PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom), through Telkom Corporate University (Telkom CorpU), organised the CorpU Association Insight forum titled “From Learning to Impact: Driving Workforce Transformation through Integrated Talent Ecosystem and Hyper-Personalized Learning” at Telkom Corporate University, Bandung, on Thursday (9/7). The forum served as a collaborative platform for HR practitioners, Corporate University leaders, and talent development managers from various organisations to share insights, best practices, and innovations in building an integrated talent ecosystem. Through this forum, Telkom CorpU encouraged human resource development that not only focuses on learning but also generates real impact on improving talent capability and organisational performance. Telkom’s Director of Human Capital Management, Willy Saelan, stated that business transformation needs to be supported by talent capable of adapting to technological developments and changing competency requirements. “In the era of digital transformation and AI, organisations need agile talent ready to face change. Therefore, learning, talent, and career development need to be integrated into one ecosystem to accelerate capability development, improve talent readiness, and provide real impact for achieving business strategy,” said Willy. Echoing this, Senior General Manager of Telkom Corporate University, M. Subhan Iswahyudi, conveyed that Corporate Universities now have an increasingly strategic role in supporting organisational transformation. “Corporate Universities are no longer just organising learning, but are becoming strategic partners in building an integrated talent development ecosystem. Through this forum, Telkom CorpU aims to strengthen collaboration among practitioners while encouraging the emergence of human resource development approaches that are more adaptive, measurable, and impact-oriented,” said Subhan. The forum featured a number of speakers from various sectors who discussed global developments in human capital, talent management, learning transformation, and the utilisation of AI in creating more personalised learning experiences. One of the main discussions in the forum was the implementation of Hyper-Personalized Learning, a learning approach tailored to the role, competencies, and development needs of each individual. This approach is considered capable of increasing the relevance of learning while accelerating the upskilling and reskilling processes required by organisations amidst increasingly dynamic changes.
