PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom), through Telkom Corporate University (Telkom CorpU), held a forum titled ‘From Learning to Impact: Driving Workforce Transformation through Integrated Talent Ecosystem and Hyper-Personalized Learning’ in Bandung on Thursday (9/7). The forum served as a collaborative platform for HR practitioners, Corporate University leaders, and talent development managers from various organisations to share insights, best practices, and innovations in building an integrated talent ecosystem. Through this forum, Telkom CorpU encouraged human resource development that not only focuses on learning but also generates real impact on talent capability enhancement and organisational performance.

Telkom’s Director of Human Capital Management, Willy Saelan, stated that business transformation must be supported by talent capable of adapting to technological advancements and changing competency needs. ‘In the era of digital transformation and AI, organisations need agile talent ready to face change. Therefore, learning, talent, and career development must be integrated into one ecosystem to accelerate capability development, increase talent readiness, and deliver real impact on business strategy achievement,’ Willy said.

Senior General Manager of Telkom Corporate University, M. Subhan Iswahyudi, added that corporate universities now play an increasingly strategic role in supporting organisational transformation. ‘Corporate universities are no longer just about delivering learning, but have become strategic partners in building an integrated talent development ecosystem. Through this forum, Telkom CorpU aims to strengthen collaboration among practitioners while encouraging the emergence of human resource development approaches that are more adaptive, measurable, and impact-oriented,’ Subhan stated.

The forum featured various speakers from different sectors who discussed global developments in human capital, talent management, learning transformation, and the use of AI to create more personalised learning experiences. One of the main topics was the implementation of Hyper-Personalized Learning, an approach tailored to individual roles, competencies, and development needs. This approach is considered capable of increasing learning relevance while accelerating the upskilling and reskilling processes required by organisations amidst increasingly dynamic changes.

Through the CorpU Association Insight event, Telkom CorpU continues to strengthen its role as a strategic partner in talent development while promoting the establishment of an integrated, adaptive, and impact-oriented learning ecosystem. In line with Telkom’s commitment to accelerating Indonesia’s digital transformation, strengthening human resource capabilities is expected to enhance organisational competitiveness and support sustainable business growth.
