PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk has completed the second phase of its business separation or infrastructure spin-off into PT Telkom Infrastrum Indonesia, or InfraNexia, as reported by Detik iNET.

This strategic step is being undertaken to support the TLKM 30 transformation agenda, which directs the state-owned enterprise’s structure towards a Strategic Holding Company-Operating Company (HoldCo-OpCo) model.

Through the completion of this second phase of separation, InfraNexia will function as a neutral carrier managing more than 90 per cent of Telkom’s network assets. These total assets include approximately 112,000 kilometres of fibre optic networks, including 26,000 kilometres of domestic submarine cable communication systems.

Under this new structure, Telkom is dividing its business lines into five main segments: B2C, B2B Infrastructure, B2B ICT, International, and Others and Ancillary, in order to increase accountability.

Telkom’s President Director, Dian Siswarini, explained that this process of simplifying the business structure is intended to provide operational certainty for each entity.

“This delayering is very important because we want every business within the TelkomGroup to have clearer accountability and focus on its core business, with better visibility regarding performance, cash flow, and investment in each respective business,” said Dian Siswarini.

In addition to the network restructuring, Telkom continues to strengthen its data centre business line through NeutraDC, which recorded revenue of Rp867 billion in the first half of 2026. The company also recorded a 3.9 per cent year-on-year increase in consolidated revenue to Rp75.9 trillion, with net profit reaching Rp10.6 trillion.
