Telkom has officially completed the spin-off of its infrastructure business, Infranexia, with a transaction value of almost Rp 49.9 trillion. This was announced by President Director Nanang Hendarno following an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) held on Wednesday (30/09/2026).

“Alhamdulillah, today Telkom has obtained approval from independent shareholders in the EGMS regarding the corporate action to separate the wholesale fibre connectivity business and assets into Infranexia,” said Nanang.

He explained that this approval serves as the foundation for the company to complete the separation process. This initiative is part of the ‘TLKM 30’ strategy, specifically the third pillar regarding unlocking value to monetise high-value assets and optimise management, thereby increasing value and greater growth opportunities.

“This initiative is a concrete implementation of building a Telkom Group business structure that is increasingly focused, efficient, and adaptive to industry developments,” he stated.

Infranexia manages over 90% of Telkom’s infrastructure assets. Nanang noted that there are opportunities to increase asset utility, expand shared infrastructure and strategic partnerships, and provide access to many industry players.

“This step also represents Telkom’s transition from an operating holding to a strategic holding company, utilising a hold-co and opt-co model,” he revealed.

He expressed hope that Infranexia would become a catalyst for Telkom’s revenue streams, including contributing to overall performance.

“It will serve as one of the catalysts for Telkom Group’s revenue sources, creating sustainable growth, while providing an increasingly strong contribution to performance and delivering value for shareholders and all stakeholders,” he added.

As Infranexia remains under the Telkom Group, Nanang stated that management and assets remain under the company’s supervision. He ensured that assets would be managed with prudence and strict oversight.

“Therefore, all strategic assets will be managed based on the principles of prudence and strict governance to ensure that strategic gains, national interests, and business sustainability are well-maintained,” said Nanang.
