Telkom Annual General Meeting Approves Changes to Board of Commissioners
Jakarta (ANTARA) - PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk (TLKM) has agreed to the replacement of two members of its Board of Commissioners during its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST), as part of an effort to strengthen its leadership foundation in overseeing the transformation agenda and navigating digital industry dynamics.
Telkom President Director Dian Siswarini stated that the decisions made during the RUPSK reflect the company’s commitment to continuously improving performance and creating added value.
“This year (2026), we are accelerating the execution of the TLKM 30 transformation strategy in a disciplined and measurable manner, ensuring every step taken contributes to building a national digital ecosystem that is increasingly advanced, inclusive, and globally competitive,” Dian said in an official statement in Jakarta on Monday.
During the RUPST, shareholders approved the appointment of Edwin Hidayat Abdullah and Anthony Leong as new members of the Board of Commissioners, replacing Rionald Silaban and Silmy Karim.

During the RUPST, shareholders also approved a cash dividend distribution amounting to Rp21.9 trillion for the 2025 fiscal year. The dividend payment will be made no later than 10 July 2026, with eligible recipients being shareholders recorded in the Company’s Register of Shareholders (DPS) at the close of trading on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) on 19 June 2026.
Furthermore, shareholders approved a share buyback programme with a maximum value of Rp4 trillion. The buyback will be conducted through the Exchange and off-market, either gradually or in a single transaction, and will be completed within a twelve-month period following the RUPST approval, specifically from 9 June 2026 to 8 June 2027.
