PT Telkom Akses (Telkom Akses), the operating company of PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom), has declared full readiness to support the continuity of national telecommunications services during the Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr (RAFI) 2026 alert period by deploying over 20,000 technicians across Indonesia. This readiness is reinforced through the operation of integrated command posts, adequate logistical support, and strengthened operational coordination to ensure network quality remains reliable during periods of increased digital activity.

To strengthen oversight across various regions, Telkom Akses is operating 4 area command posts, 15 regional command posts, and 61 branch command posts throughout Indonesia. These command posts form part of an operational coordination system that ensures field service handling can be executed swiftly, effectively, and in an integrated manner. In terms of infrastructure and logistics support, Telkom Akses has also prepared warehouses at all branch command posts across Indonesia to ensure the availability of materials and work equipment remains secured.

In field operations, Telkom Akses is deploying 20,936 technical personnel comprising 9,927 I-OAN (Integrated Operation Access Network) technicians, 8,797 Provisioning technicians, 1,514 External Business technicians, and 698 special regional technicians.

As the operational control centre, Telkom Akses is also operating a National Command Post located at Telkom Akses Building in West Jakarta. This command post functions as a coordination centre to monitor network readiness in real time, monitor incident handling, and oversee service operations across all regions of Indonesia during the RAFI period.

Ambari, Director of Operations at Telkom Akses, emphasised that RAFI alert readiness is not determined solely by the number of personnel, but also by operational discipline and rapid response in maintaining service quality. β€œThe entire team must implement operational discipline consistently, from punctual attendance, readiness of materials and work equipment, to order management and service quality in accordance with SLA,” said Ambari at the TelkomGroup RAFI 2026 Command Post kick-off event.

Furthermore, Ambari also stressed the importance of a proactive and responsive approach during the RAFI alert period. All personnel are required to be ready to receive and follow up on every service escalation or order swiftly and provide regular updates on handling progress. The success of the RAFI 2026 Command Post is also determined by solid collaboration with all stakeholders, including the TelkomGroup ecosystem and working partners across various regions.
