Telkom AGM Results: Edwin Hidayat and Anthony Leong Appointed as Commissioners

Shareholders of PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (TLKM) have appointed Edwin Hidayat Abdullah and Anthony Leong as commissioners and independent commissioners, respectively. This decision was reached during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held on Monday (8/6/2026).

The two individuals replace Rionald Silaban and Silmy Karim. Meanwhile, there have been no changes to the company’s Board of Directors.

Telkom management explained that the changes to the composition of the Board of Commissioners are intended to strengthen the foundation of Telkom’s leadership in overseeing the transformation agenda and navigating the dynamics of the digital industry.

As previously reported, TLKM held its AGMS starting from 14:00 WIB. The agenda of the meeting included the approval of the annual report and the ratification of consolidated financial statements, the determination of net profit usage for the 2025 fiscal year, and seeking approval for a share buyback.

Furthermore, the meeting addressed the delegation of authority for approving the Company’s Long-Term Plan (RJPP) for 2026-2030 and the Company’s Work Plan and Budget (RKAP) for 2027, alongside the changes in TLKM’s management.
