Telkom Acquires Full Stake in Telkom Data Ekosistem from Telkomsigma

PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (TLKM) has conducted a share purchase transaction of PT Sigma Cipta Caraka (Telkomsigma) in PT Telkom Data Ekosistem (TDE). In this transaction, Telkom purchased 1,445,020 Series A shares and 2,015,637,311,776 Series B shares from Telkomsigma.

According to information disclosure from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), the transaction was executed on 17 September 2026. The number of shares purchased is equivalent to 19.19% of all TDE shares that have been issued and fully paid up.

With this transaction, a total of 10,504,517,594,408 shares, representing the entirety of TDE’s shares, are now owned by Telkom.

Telkom management stated that this corporate action is part of Telkom’s efforts to support the ‘Unlock DC Co Telkom’ programme through strategic partnerships, while simultaneously implementing a streamlining programme within the Telkom Group environment.

Telkom explained that this transaction is a transaction between the Company and a subsidiary entity within the Telkom Group business group. Therefore, the transaction does not have a significant impact on the financial condition of Telkom or the Company’s subsidiaries.

“There is no significant impact on the Company’s financial condition,” management concluded.
