I am deeply disappointed by PT Telkom's information hot line,
108. I feel lucky if I get the information asked for at all, and
then sometimes the information is wrong.
A few days ago, I inquired about a relative's telephone
number. I gave them the name and address. I had six digits of the
number, but I needed the seventh digit. 108 replied that my
relative's name was not on their computer.
Not satisfied with their information, I redialed 108 after two
minutes. This time, they gave me the correct information.
I have often been disappointed by the quality of information
supplied by 108. Why is PT Telkom not professional in providing
information to its customers? PT Telkom, please explain.
