I was disappointed to learn that PT TVRI (state television)
was planning to reinstitute the TV license fee for the owners of
television sets.

In this regard, I would like to know whether TVRI is a social
foundation or a state-owned limited liability company. I believe
this company must be managed by more professional people to
ensure that TVRI can compete with other television stations.
