Telephone fine too much
Telephone fine too much
From Media Indonesia
Telephone subscribers who fail to pay their telephone bills
for two consecutive months have their lines cut off. PT Telkom
will connect the line again after the bills have been paid, and
paid a Rp 1 million fine.
I think the fine is too burdensome, especially for a pensioner
like me. So, perhaps it is necessary for PT Telkom to review the
policy concerning the fine. The company has made a lot of profit
from their telephone business, and it is time to be more lenient
to society.
Perhaps the company could reduce the fine from Rp 1 million to
Rp 500,000, which could be paid in three or four installments.
