TEI 41st ICE BSD Ready to Become Centre for Meeting National Exporters and International Buyers

Trade Expo Indonesia 2026 represents a significant momentum for expanding the global market access and international trade networks of national business actors.

Trade Expo Indonesia, now in its 41st edition, will be held on 14-18 October 2026 at ICE BSD in Kabupaten Tangerang, Banten, with a targeted transaction value of USD 17.5 billion. This marks an increase from the previous year’s transaction achievements of USD 22.83 billion.

Commerce Minister Budi Santoso identified TEI as a strategic momentum for expanding international trade networks and opening new market access for national business actors. “TEI is a momentum for expanding market access and strengthening international trade networks, so that business actors can collectively increase Indonesia’s exports,” stated Budi Santoso.

The event reaffirms TEI’s position as Indonesia’s largest trade exhibition, directly connecting national exporters with global buyers.

The Commerce Ministry has implemented an integrated three-stage strategy encompassing early business exploration, trade exhibition transactions, and monitoring of global export contracts. Five priority sectors—food, manufacturing, fashion, furniture, and industrial zones—serve as magnets for international buyers at TEI 2026.

The Department has curated the international buyer list in collaboration with the Commerce Ministry and other stakeholders to ensure quality of business meetings and export transactions. PT Debindomulti Adhiswasti Vibiadhi Swasti Pradana’s Director explained that invited buyers have undergone a curation process with the Commerce Ministry and relevant stakeholders. Free hotel accommodation for 250 international buyers has been arranged to ensure that participating buyers possess genuine transaction potential during the exhibition.
