Tegal Regency DPMPTSP Facilitates Resolution of Issues Facing Three Companies
SLAWI — The Ministry of Investment/BKPM has facilitated the resolution of problems faced by three companies in Tegal Regency. The facilitation was conducted for PT Sinar Sosro Gunung Slamet, Mutiara Cahaya, and PT SAS Kreasindo.
Head of the Tegal Regency One-Stop Integrated Services and Investment Office (DPMPTSP), Desy Arifianto, through Senior Policy Analyst Functional Officer Kosim, stated that his office had sent a letter to the Ministry of Investment/BKPM requesting resolution of the companies' issues.
"A facilitation meeting was held online via Microsoft Teams," he said on Tuesday (22/4/2025).
The facilitation for PT Sinar Sosro Gunung Slamet, a domestic investment (PMDN) company engaged in tea processing, concerned a business expansion. On 15 January 2025, the company undertook a development of its business activities by adding soft drink manufacturing (code 11040) with project ID number 20250 1150 9044 7281 6554.
At that time, the company was in the process of applying for a Land Use Conformity Assessment (PKKPR), and around 14 March 2025, the business operator carried out a merger with PT Sinar Sosro, which resulted in the PKKPR application data being lost or untraceable.
"The business operator has already obtained a PKKPR Business Certificate numbered SLW/PTP.01/22/II/2025 dated 6 February 2025, issued by the local Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency. Only one step remains — the issuance of the PKKPR — but the data has been lost," he explained.
For PT SAS Kreasindo Utama, a foreign investment (PMA) company, on 9 December 2024 the firm amended its articles of incorporation to add business activities under several Indonesian Standard Industrial Classification (KBLI) codes: 31003 (plastic furniture manufacturing), 31009 (other furniture manufacturing), 23961 (marble and granite household and decorative goods manufacturing), 23963 (stone household, decorative and building material goods manufacturing), 25995 (metal lamp manufacturing), and 16293 (wooden lamp manufacturing).
Meanwhile, PT Mutiara Cahaya Tegal, a domestic investment company primarily engaged in miscellaneous retail trade, had previously consulted regarding the addition of a new business location in Lebaksiu Sub-district by purchasing the bankrupt Yapora supermarket business.
