Tegal Police Chief Strengthens Synergy with Prosecutor's Office for Equitable Law Enforcement

The close relationship between the National Police and the Prosecutor’s Office established at the central level is also being mirrored in the regions. This was evident during a meeting between the Tegal Police and the Tegal District Prosecutor’s Office in Central Java on Wednesday (15/7). The meeting served as a manifestation of a shared commitment to strengthen synergy among law enforcement agencies in order to provide the best service to the public and realise professional, transparent, and equitable law enforcement. Tegal Police Chief AKBP Bayu Prasatyo, accompanied by Deputy Chief Kompol M. Iskandarsyah and senior police officials, was received directly by the Head of the Tegal District Prosecutor’s Office and his staff. A warm atmosphere was evident as the two institutions discussed and exchanged views on strengthening coordination in carrying out their duties as law enforcement officers. Tegal Police Chief AKBP Bayu Prasatyo stated that good communication between the National Police and the Prosecutor’s Office is an important foundation for building an effective law enforcement system oriented towards the public interest. Strong synergy will further accelerate the resolution of various legal issues while increasing public trust in law enforcement institutions. ‘The National Police and the Prosecutor’s Office share the same goal, which is to deliver a sense of justice to the community. Therefore, we will continue to strengthen the coordination and collaboration that has been well established so that every task can be carried out professionally, transparently, and with legal certainty,’ said Bayu. Head of the Tegal District Prosecutor’s Office, Yuriswanto, also expressed his commitment to maintaining a harmonious working relationship with the Tegal Police. ‘Open communication and good coordination are key to supporting an effective law enforcement process, from the investigation stage to prosecution,’ Yuriswanto asserted. The meeting took place in a familial and mutually respectful atmosphere. This moment of togetherness not only strengthened inter-agency relations but also reinforced the commitment of the National Police and the Prosecutor’s Office to continue working hand in hand in providing legal certainty, maintaining security stability, and delivering increasingly humane services to the public.
