TECNO and Tonino Lamborghini Collaboration Debuts at MWC 2026
The Chinese technology powerhouse TECNO officially announced a collaboration with Italian luxury lifestyle brand Tonino Lamborghini at Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2026 in Barcelona, Spain. “This partnership represents a lifestyle expression formed by design, technology, and attitude, where Italian aesthetics meet cutting-edge technology to accompany everyday moments with purpose, boldness, and personality,” TECNO said. The entire product collection in this collaboration dazzles with an exclusive colour palette consisting of red, platinum, and black. The colour choices reflect Tonino Lamborghini’s core identity as the ‘Pure Italian Talent’ and the legendary Miura bull heritage. The collaboration will cover smartphones, gaming devices, laptops, earphones, and tablets. One standout product catching attention is the Tonino Lamborghini Tecno Taurus (Mega Mini G1 Pro). This is TECNO’s second-generation mini gaming PC, featuring an all-metal chassis with RGB lighting. In addition to design, the device uses an Intel Core i9-13900HK processor and Nvidia GeForce RTX 5060 8GB GDDR7 GPU. To keep performance stable, the gaming PC is also equipped with a pure copper water cooling block spanning 10,000 mm² and a three-fan setup to keep temperatures cool, with a real-time display on the chassis to monitor CPU and GPU performance. Tonino Lamborghini Tecno Taurus (Mega Mini G1 Pro) is powered by an external GaN 330W power adapter. For connectivity, it has 15 ports, Wi‑Fi 6E, and Bluetooth 5.4. On the mobile line, TECNO also introduced POVA Metal Tonino Lamborghini Limited Edition. This phone is claimed to be the world’s first 5G phone using a full-metal unibody construction with an ultra-thin bezel of only 0.99 mm. Available in three colour options, with the brand logo and distinctive typography visible on the back panel. In addition to being powered by a Snapdragon chipset, the phone’s main appeal lies in its rear panel which features a 241-pixel independent LED Rear Dot Matrix. This LED matrix not only displays iconic Tonino Lamborghini design elements but can be personalised to show notifications, call alerts, and other dynamic visuals. The expansion of this collaboration does not stop at PCs and phones but also extends into a broader AIoT ecosystem. They also showcased Megabook laptops, tablets, and wireless earphones, though full features or specifications for some devices have not yet been fully disclosed. (GSM Arena / GadgetMatch / Z-2)
